The Nu-Church Team is active in the city of Chicago as well as in the surrounding region, organizing believers, conducting strategic prayer assignments, and equipping a rising generation for the works of God.

NEWS UPDATE // Nu-Church apostolic team at TBN

On Friday, March 28, 2014 the Nu-Church apostolic team joined Nehemiah Leaders, a prayer network of business people in the Chicagoland area, on Trinity Broadcasting Network's Praise the Lord program.

Nehemiah Leaders, along with Nu-Church and other ministries and leaders, will be hosting "Pray for Chicago" on April 30, 2014 in Daley Plaza. This prayer event is a kick-off event for the National Day of Prayer (May 1, 2014).

Chicago is pivotal to the move of God in the United States and beyond. A recent Chicago Tribune article listed Chicago as the 7th most influential city in the world!

NEWS UPDATE // D2O Generals pray at Capitol

On Tuesday, October 22, 2013, gay activists and lobbyists gathered at the capitol building in Springfield, IL. At the end of the last legislative calander (May 2013) the Illinois House of Representatives declined to pass a Senate Bill that would legalize gay marriage in the state of Illinois, a bill that Governor Pat Quinn has promised to sigh into law if it crosses his desk.

While same-sex marriage proponents gathered at the Capitol, a team of D2O Army Generals assembled there as well. They did not arrive with placards or flags.

Instead, they came with the word of the Lord in their mouths. The D2O Generals prayed that the works of darkness would be confused;they released the roar of the Lion of Judah; and they called the Illinois state government into alignment with biblical righteousness, justice, and truth.

NEWS FLASH // Nu-Church team takes on national assignment

On Wednesday, October 23, 2013, the Nu-Chuch team participated in a nation-wide prayer strategy. At 1:00 PM CST prayer groups throughout the nation gathered at rivers to declare a release of God's River throughout the United States of America.

The Nu-Church team met at the Chicago River, at the "Y" intersection - the point where the North, South and East Branches flow together.

Here the team declared a release of the River of God from the gate of Chicago to the rest of the nation.

NEWS FLASH // Local 312 table underway

312 members are believers who live within the four sector areas on the west side of Chicago that are being targeted through the Battle Group's Liberation and Occupation Campaign.

A 312 Group has begun meeting this fall. They are grass-roots believers who are coming together to receive the move of God for their neighborhoods, organize prayer altars, and provide support to their D2O leaders.

Movement leaders desribe this movement amongst local believers as unprecedented.
